The sweat is a physiological process by which our body eliminates toxins and regulates body temperature. Often there is a strong smell which attempt to neutralize with the use of antiperspirants. But sometimes common deodorants cause discomfort and irritation and burning for the content of alcohol and other chemicals. In these cases we can use some homemade recipes to make our own deodorants that are not as aggressive to the skin.

The deodorant is one of the most used personal hygiene items and more than two centuries of existence endorses it as essential for most people. In addition to avoiding uncomfortable situations and provide a sense of freshness, these products provide the skin with the perfect balance thanks to its natural components.

Deodorant

Deodorants and antiperspirants are products we use every day. We use them to control perspiration and odor, usually in the armpits. The underarm skin is sensitive and can easily become irritated or dirty. The are variety of products sold in the UK market one of them being Mitchum Deodorant and antiperspirants products sold in stores are not always well tolerated. Replace them by putting a few drops of lemon in each armpit in the morning, after showering. This natural deodorant sometimes works as well as any product and is much cheaper.

Natural Deodorant Ingredients:

* The skin of three oranges
* The skin of three lemons
* A liter of water
* A cup of sea salt
* Three tablespoons of baking soda

Preparation:

Cut very finely or shred the skins of all citrus fruits and boil in a liter of water for a few minutes . Then filters the preparation and set aside the time you go to bathe in the tub.
Now, Citrus sheds decoction to bath water, add sea salt, baking soda and enjoy the dive. Not only that this combination of elements you will eliminate a few bad odors in your body, it is also comforting and relaxing bath.
